TRACY COLLINS – OWNER
Tracy Collins is the owner of Calvin Josephs Salon, Spa and wine bar, an idea that has been years in the making and whose name was inspired by her loving father after graduating with her Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Tracy pursued her teaching career. However, her calling proved to be as a business owner. Recently inducted into the VIP Woman of the Year Circle by the National Association of Professional Women, Tracy is as humble as ever. Very active in community, she donates to and volunteers at many local events. Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, is an animal lover, and a travel enthusiast.
KRISTON DAMME - SALON ASSISTANT, EVENT COORDINATOR
Kriston Damme has more than fifteen years of experience in the service industry, and ten of them were spent working for the Darden companies. Having learned the basics of wine in his previous restaurant experience, Kriston has furthered his wine knowledge since joining the Calvin Josephs team. While working for Carlton Hospitality (a catering company), he learned how to organize specific events while working for residential and private parties. Kriston enjoys entertaining, meeting new people, and taking care of his guests needs.
MICHELLE BAILEY - BOARD CERTIFIED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Imagine being in a comfortable room with low lights and soft music while all the stresses of your week are rubbed away. Michelle Bailey is a Board Certified Massage Therapist who has been in practice for over 20 years. She previously worked with Koala Health and Wellness (chiropractor) for 16 years and recently joined our team at called Calvin Joseph's Salon & Spa. The modalities she often uses include Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release. She does table massages as well as chair massages on a regular basis. HEATHER THOMAS - STYLIST, BARBER
Grew up moving all over the U.S. and spent most of my childhood and teenage years living in Venezuela. I have been in this industry for going on six years. I've always had a passion for hair. As a child, I gave myself my first cut and have been going strong since then. I love playing with all the colors and challenging myself. I've spent a few years working on the men's side of the industry to perfect any men's cut that is in my chair. I specialize in hair extensions, cut, and color. I look forward to seeing you in my chair soon! Outside the work I volunteer my time to local animal shelters and spent time my toddler.
JOEL CERVANTES - MASTER STYLIST
Joel has been in the industry since 1999. He is innovative and not afraid to suggest new styles. Joel's passion is reviving his guests' looks with a combination of modern haircuts & chemically enhanced colors as well as showing them how to properly restyle their new creation at home. Come see Joel for all your hair needs & leave feeling revived!
ANDREA CRUZ - MANAGER, MASTER STYLIST
Has been in the hair industry for 13 years. She prides herself on visualizing and understanding what she can achieve with each client's hair. Andrea completed her cosmetology education at College of the Mainland. She was chosen to train in Redken 5th Ave in New York, with advanced cutting and color techniques. She then had the honor of studying precision cuts with Sam Villa and certified in Deva curl Cuts. Some of her other certifications include Lash Savvy, Hair Threats/extensions, Brazilian blow outs, and also Aquage. She truly appreciates all of her former and newer clients visiting her here at Calvin Joseph's.
HEATHER MILTON - LEAD ESTHETICIAN
Lead Esthetician Heather Milton has worked in the beauty industry for 8 years. Managing in skincare sales helped her realize her passion for the industry, which led her to obtain her estheticians license. Heather loves to help her clients look and feel amazing, which she does by prescribing the proper skincare treatment and regimen, as well as educating her clients on continuous care. Specializing in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and customized facials, she is also proficient in waxing air brush tanning and makeup application. Come see Heather for all of your esthetics needs and leave feeling refreshed and renewed!
ADRIA WILLIAMS - MASTER STYLIST
Has been in the industry for 4 years. She is Brazilian Blowout certified, a master colorist and knowledgeable in the Goldwell color line. She is always seeking continuing education, the latest techniques and product knowledge. Each salon appointment of hers is customized to each client to give them the best service and care. She is passionate about her work and enjoys making clients look and feel amazing!
BRADLEA YORK - MASTER STYLIST
Always involved in art classes or backstage at her high school musicals, Bradlea's love for the beauty industry sparked at a young age. Following her move to Texas 5 years ago, Bradlea immediately enrolled in her local beauty school where her passion for the art grew. "Hair color is an art people can wear on a daily basis!" she says. After graduation, an intense intern year and several color seminars and classes over the last few years, Bradlea is ready to transform your look and give you a beautifully crafted custom color that will have everyone asking "Who did your hair?" Bradlea is Brazilian Blowout certified and is trained in men's hair cutting as well.
ELIKA RODENHURST - MASTER STYLIST
Trained and licensed through an intense 2 year apprenticeship with one of the top salons in Northern Virginia. Completed advanced cut and coloring programs with Goldwell, Toni & Guy, and Paul Mitchell as well as always continuing education. Recently moved to Houston area with 13 years of experience in the industry. "I have been able to work with a diverse clientele from Washington DC to California." Service specialties include; precision cutting, color, highlights, ombre, and balayage techniques as well as Brazilian Blowout.
My clients are my highest priority, making them look and feel phenomenal is what I love the most about what I do. It's really important for me to be consistent with continued education. It allows me to keep up with the latest trends and techniques. Clear communication and thorough consultations are key as well. When my client and I have a mutual understanding of their needs, we both walk away satisfied.
RICKY AQUINO - MASTER STYLIST
Ricky Aquino has been a stylist for the past 20 years. He previously owned his own salon for 10 years (Salon Ambiance) and is excited to pursue his career here at Calvin Joseph's. He has been trained and certified in a variety of services, techniques and products. Some of the color lines he has worked with include Goldwell, Redken, Toni&Guy, Joico and Paul Mitchell. He has also been trained in the product lines Aquage, Pureology, Toni&Guy, Redken, Brazillian Blowout, Kenra and is thrilled to learn more about our new product line Oribe. His passion and continued growth of this industry keeps him motivated to be at the top of his game. Thanks to one of his close clients Ricky has branded himself #igotaquinoed.
